Mr. & Mrs ------- were  the perfect  customers

They new roughly what they wanted to achieve from the outset

but were always open to new Ideas however off the wall

Appreciated the difference between quality and cost

and took time to discuss their needs priorities and budget

and once they had absorbed all the options

came to there own decision about what was right for them 

And

They kept us supplied with drinks & biscuits,

& didn't get hysterical when,

we accidentally trapped the cat under the floor boards for two days
